Jeff is a strategic and hands-on executive with extensive experience as a CFO in the wireless communications industry and the software industry serving the telecommunications, healthcare, decision support and data analysis markets. His experience includes achievements with M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, treasury management, venture funding, banking transactions and financial modeling.

In his most recent position as CFO for WorldCell, Jeff accumulated significant experience managing international operations in Europe and Asia.
