Press Release 12/16/2019: Jack Dziak Joins Able Device as Corporate Advisor

Raleigh, NC – December 16, 2019Able Device, a pioneer in leveraging standards to shift Internet of Things (IoT) Quality of Experience (QoE), intelligence, and security to the extreme edge, today announced Jack Dziak has joined the company as a corporate advisor. Dziak, a C-suite executive and Board Member in the enterprise IT and communications services industries, will work closely with Able Device’s Board of Directors and management team on corporate development and fund raising initiatives as the company enters its next phase of growth.

In a career spanning over 30 years, Dziak brings with him an extensive global experience in managing complex technology businesses ranging from hyper-scaled IT and communications services to systems integration and strategic consulting. He is Founder and CEO of Dziak Advisory Services, a consulting firm providing strategic, financial and operational services to corporations and investors in the global enterprise IT and communications services markets. Among his many executive roles, Dziak was most recently President and COO of Apcela, a provider of managed application acceleration and software-defined networking services for global enterprises. Through 2017, he was Executive Vice President, Global Products at Sungard Availability Services with P&L responsibility for the $1.2B global solutions portfolio of hybrid production, cloud and recovery services. In addition, Dziak was responsible for the distribution and development relationships with global strategic partners in the Hybrid IT ecosystem. He held several additional roles during his tenure, including that of Chief Strategy Officer.

Throughout his career, Dziak has held C-level strategy and development leadership positions with Neustar, Inc., Sprint Nextel, and MCI Communications, which was sold to Verizon in 2006. He has also had a 15-year career in strategy and technology consulting, during which he was a Partner in Accenture’s Communications and High-Tech industry practice. Dziak started his career at Coopers & Lybrand LLP where he was the lead financial economist for the privatization of national telecommunications concerns in Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Dziak earned his MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, and a BS in Economics from Virginia Tech. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
